RUSSO-POLISH PEACE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 24, 11.5 p.m. Warsaw, Oct. 23. The Diet has unanimously ratified the Treaty of Riga. The Marshal of the Diet said Poland was endeavoring to settle the frontier to the mutual interests of Russia and Poland. The conditions were not dependent on the military situation. Poland was not taking advantage of her last conquest, and did jiot impose on Russia a peace at variance with jus-tice.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
