COUNTY, COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OF EGMONT. RUAKERE ROAD SPECIAL LOAN. SPECIAL ORDER. TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 10 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 11113," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Ruakere Road Special Rating Area in the County of Egmont hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than throe-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area, the Capital values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital values of the propertics of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Egmont County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: That for the purpose of draining, . forming, and metalling that portion of the Ruakere Road on the frontages of subdivisions 1 and 2 of section .14, and subdivisions IA, 18, and 1C of section 35, all in Block IX., Cape Survey District, the Egmont County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £OSO, at four and one-half per centum per annum for a period of thirtysix and one-half years, and declares 'that the cost of raising the loan, and the first year's .interest on the loan, shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
