A full copy of the said By-law is deposited nt the Office of each of the County Councils of Ilawera, Elthain, Waimate West, Ugmout, Stratford, Inglewciod and Clifton, and is open to the inspection of the Public during Office hours of each said respective Council from the date hereof until the date of such Councils confirming Meeting as hereinafter notified.

AND NOTICE is hereby also given tliat the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order to respective Meetings of the respective Councils of Hawera, Eltlvam, Waimate West, Egraont, Stratford, Inglewood and Clifton as follows:

A Special Meeting of the Ilawcra Colmty Council to be held at Hawera on Saturday, the 13th day of November, 1020. An Ordinary Meeting of the Elthain County Council to be held, at Eltham on Saturday, the 20tli day of November, 1020. An Ordinary Meeting of the Waimate West County Council to be held at Majiaia on Thursday, the 18th day of November, 1920. A Special Meeting of the Egmont County Council to be held at Opunake on Monday, the loth day 'of November, 1920. An Ordinary Meeting of the Stratford County Council to be held at Stratford on Saturday, the' 20th day of November, 1920. A Special Meeting of the luglewood County Council to be held at Inglewood on Saturday, the 13th day of November, 1920. A Special Mooting of the Clifton County Council to be held at Waitara on Friday, the 19th day of November, 1920. DATED this 9th day of October, 1920.
