ACTION OF INTER-ALLIED COMMISSION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlcbt. Vienna. Oct. 15. In consequence of the adverse plebiscite, two Jugo-Slav battalbns entered Soiith Carinthia. The Inter-Allied Plebiscite Commission has resolved to participate in the administration of the zona.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [A plebiscite was taken to decide whether Carinthia should remain Austrian or be transferred to the Jugo-Slavs.]
