ALLEGED LONDON RING. ' Br Telegraph.—Press Aitn.—Copyrifht. Received Oct. 13; 6.6 p.m. London, Oct. 18. Newspapers have published a teligram stating that Mr. Connolly (the W#st Australian Agent-General) has been in? structed to bring to the notice of the Imperial Government a complaint that "a London financial ring is miking millions out of Australian fruit." The National Federation of fruit Trades' Associations protested to Mr. Connolly, saying that the statement'was unjust and misleading, and asking him to receive a deputation of importers on the subject.—-Aus. and N.Z.
