MORATORIUM IN BELFAST. By Telegraph.—PreM Asm.—Copyright. Received Oct. IS, 9.60 p.m. London, Oct. 13. There is indignation in Belfast business circles.at the report of a moratorium being arranged, entirely due to the Sinn Feiners' object of impairing credit in Belfast. The officers killed at Drumconda include Major Smyth, a brother of CommiaSioner Smyth, who was murdered in Cork in July. The officers were appMently shot by two men hiding in CarroUn'9 home, and who escaped.— Aua.-N.Z. CabU Assn.
