DL'NEDIX PRESBYTERY'S VIEW. Bj- Mceraph .—Press Assn.—Copyrteht. Dunedin. Last Night. At to-day's meeting! of tlic Dunedin Presbytery the following resolution was adopted: "That this Presbytery, while recognising and protesting against the unwarranted vexation occasioned by the ne tenure decree, regret that they cannot regard the amendment, is passed by the Legislative Council, as satisfactory, on the ground that clause (i appears to infringe upon the spiritual independence of the Church and its right to exercise discipline in regard to its own members, and hope that the Legislature may yet devise means to meet the situation that will be free from these objections."
