THE PEOPLE'S. "THE LONE STAR RANGER." The many admirers, of William Farnum will be interested in the announcement that their favorite screen star is to appear here in another thrilling picturisation of a Jsane Grey novelting time, "The Lone Star Ranger," which will be shown at The People's Theatre to-night and to-morrow. Mr. Farnum has been seen in many picturesque and heroic characters during his stage career; but as a fearless Texas ranger in this William Fox production he is said to give a mont brilliant portrayal of the figure so familiar to thousands of readers —the man who, through sheer nerve, rids the border of marauders, and in doing so wins a wife. "The Lone Star Ranger" is a stirring tale of (he exploits of a member of the Texas Hangers, who single-handed breaks up the stronghold of a band of cattle rustlers.
