DISCOLORED SEA.
MYSTERIOUS PHENOMENA. By Telegraph.—Press Association Wellington, Oct. 0. The secretary of the General Post Office has received the following radio message from the Chatham Islands: — "It is reported from Owhenga that for the past fortnight the sea for a distance of 30 miles off-shore and beyond has been greatly discolored black. The cause is unknown."
