Tn the House of Representatives, Mr. Tudor moved an amendment, on behalf (if Mr. Ryan, who is caiup&igniug hi Queensland, that the Judiciary Bill be withdrawn, and that there be substituted therefor a Bill giving power to the High Court to compel manufacturer! and others to jnr'ivo the cost of the production and show what profit is made on the en pi fcil invested. The Bill is also to provide penalties for false information or a refusal to supply information. Mr. Tudor added that company operations in the past three years showed thfl necessity for such legislation. Of £110,000,000 share capital, £02,000,000 was actual capital— Auß.-N.JS. Cable Assn.
