According to the Paris correspondent b£ the Daily Telegraph, there is no truth fa the statement that direct negotiations have been commenced between France Bud Germany, though it is true there hare bm conversations at Brussels to nttle the problem of reparations. There U no Idea of France abandoning the Geneva, Conference, though M.
