FUND FOR INVESTIGATION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. , New York, Oct. 4. The Board of Aldermen have granted Police Commissioner Enright a contingent fund of 200,000 dollars with which to investigate Radical activities, conduct secret service work, and pursue Radicals throughout the nation, independent of the New York city police force and of the Federal authorities. Commissioner Enright originally asked for 110,000 dollars, but this sum was increased in view of the Wall Street ex-plosion.—Aus*-N.Z. Cable Assn.
