INTERIM PRICE ARRANGEMENT. By Telegraph.—Prew Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, Oct. 6. Mr. Hughes announced in the House of Representatives that no export duty on fcoal was contemplated, but the coal owners would be permitted to raise the price of export coil to an extent recommended as fair and reasonable by the chairman of a special tribunal.
