INADEQUATE PENSIONS FOB ■ DISABLED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 2. A meeting of war service patients at Pukeora Sanatorium, where about 130 are undergoing treatment, passed a resolution asking the Government to increase pensions to disabled men by 75 per cent., which is the amount of the increase in the cost of living 1 since the outbreak of war. The resolution emphasised that the pension hitherto granted to totally disabled men was quite inadequate from the beginning.
