London, Sept. 29. • Owing to an over-supply in London, the India Tea Association recommends planters to reduce the output of 1920 to nincfty per cent of tho average of the past five years, and eighty per cent in 1921. It is estimated that British stocks amount to 100,000 tons, compared with 40,000 tons normally. Mincing Lane asserts that much tea is selling helow the cost of production.—Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
