BIRTHS INCREASING.
MORE MARRIAGES RECORDED. RETURNS FOR NLS E MONTHS. The increase in jbirths continues in the New Plymouth district, and for the month of September there were 54, eight more than in September 1, last year, Males were in aj majority, being 33 against 21 females!
