' PROPOSAL TO RAISE £22,500.' A poll of ratepayers on the New Plymouth Borough Council's proposal to raise a tramways loan of £22,500 Will be taken on Wednesday, November .3. This loan is separate from the scheme of suburban extensions, The purposes for whi6h the loan is required are to purchase tramcars ancf provido for shelter sheds, lands and plant, while a portion will be devoted to construct triangles for turning cars and to complete the construction of the permanent way.
