London, Sept. 18. Heir Heineken, Director-General of the. North German Lloyd (one of Germany 1 ! lending shipping companies before the war), has arrived at Plymouth from New York, en route to Germany. Interviewed, lie said he hoped the com* pany would soon re-open most of its, pre-war routes. He was of opinion that Hie natural bitterness between nations would soon disappear. The world's trade could only be re-established by the nations working together harmoniously. He hoped passenger services would bo running by March, 1921, and perhaps earlier, between Dauzig and New Yojk, calling at Southampton and Cherbourg. It was hoped to run the Kaiser WHhohn 11., the Kronprinzessin Cecilia, the George Washington, the Princess Alike, the Princes Irene, and the President Grant to America.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
