APPEAL CASES REMOVED TO-FULL COURT.
Christchureh, Sept.. 17. In connection with the appeal by the Crown against the decision of Mr. S. B. McCarthy, S.M., in the prosecutions brought under the anti-profltearing clause of the Board of Trade Act, with respect to the "Big Ben" alarm clock eases, Mr. Justice Herdman, at a sitting to-day of the Supreme Court is Chambers, removed the hearing of the appeals to a sitting of the Full Court in Wellington. The respondents are the. firms of G. W, Drayton & Co., A. J. White & Co., Ltd, E. Reece & Co., Ltd., Mason, Strutheri & Co., Ltd., Hastie, Bull & Plcktring, and Brown & Dureau.
