He said that Russia intends to adhere to tfie original demand for a reduction of the Polish army, which must not be large enough to be an instrument of aggression- Soviet Russia would like to disarm herself, but is threatened with attack on several sides. If Poland demands the 1722 frontiers, there will bo trouble; otherwise there should be no difficulty regarding frontiers. All neace corferences must be open to the Press. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
