PUKEKAWA MURDER.
I jMR- k. a. singer to defend. Mr. A. Singer lias been retained to defend Samuel Jnlm Thorn, the man wiio has been arrested and accused of murdering Sydney Seymour Eyre ut Pukckivwa, on the night of Tuesday, August S-tth. The victim was apparently shot dead with a shotgun while lying nsleep in his house, his wife being in the wisie room.
