AT THE PORT.
IUMU ARRIVES TO-MORROW. PORT PIRIE l>yE~ NEXT WEEK. There has been little activity in coastal shipping in New Plymouth for several days, but two overseas liners have visited the port during the week, and another is expected next Wednesday. . The Eimu's trip from Onehunga yesterday was postponed, and she is now scheduled to sail for New Plymouth at 2 o'clock this afternoon, being due here to-morrow morning. She will return north to-morrow afternoon. The West C.'amargo, which is now discharging her cargo of benzine, will probably sail for Melbourne this afternoon. Word was received-last night that the 0 and D. liner Port Pirie, a twin screw steamer of 731(1 tons, Will sail from Sydney for New Plymouth to-'morrow, being due here on Wednesday. The Port Pirio is to lift the cargo originally allotted to the Port Alma, which vessel had to leave New Plymouth for Wellington on Wednesday, on account of trouble in her coal bunkers. Next week the Flora and the Corinna are duo to arrive from South Island ports and Wellington, while the Rimu will run her usual two trips, so that a busy iweek at the port is in sight.
