Kameneff (the latest envoy of Soviet Russia to visit England), has left for Russia. He is the bearer of Mr. Lloyd George's demands, formulated at an interview prior to Kameffs departure, with a view to clearing up the latest political issues fcetween the .Soviet and the British Government. Kor instance, it is pointed out that the offer of a subsidy to the Daily Herald violates the undertaking not to engage in propaganda in Britain. The Sunday Express says Mr. Lloyd George did not mince words concerning Kameneff's breach of pledges, and adds: "There are indications that Kameneff will not return. Krassin (the first envoy to visit Britain), who has kept faith throughout, will remain.—Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn,
