Tfhe Canadian Minister of Finance hag famed & statement pointing out that owing to the advene trade balance the Canadian bank* have been requested to decline to facilitate the importation or carrying off of Canadian and other securities which hare been held abroad. The. Minister is of -opinion that it is impossible for Canada to absorb foreign embarrassment to the general financial condition. Every available dollar now in Canada is being used for the business of the country, and particularly to finance the crop movements-Aus,-N.Z. Cable Assn.
