We have inspected the cows and sundries, and advise anyone wanting good cows to be present at the sale. The cows, are very choice, liave been -well done, and all but two are Jersey grade and Jersey Shorthorn cross, and their lowest test was 4.2, and ranged to 6.2 for the past season. The yearlings include some choice Jersey heifers, and the farm horses are in great heart, and are the best in the district. The pigs and sheep should sell well. The implements are nearly all new, and the balance in first-class order, and the furniture-, all very good.
