Advices have been received" at the offices of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company that the Corinthicj which has the new Governor-General,' Viscount Jellicoe of Seapa, and Lady Jellicoe, as passengers, left Colon on Saturday last, and is due to arrive in Wellington on Sunday, September 26. Assuming that the Corinthic runs to time-table and arrives here at daylight on Sunday, it is understood that the official landing will not take place until Monday.' Should she encounter head winds and bad weather the Corinthic may not arrive in port until Monday. The Wellington branch of the Navy League is organising an impressive children's welcome to Lord Jellicoe.
