By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate tit strong soutlr-east winds nortliwnrds of Westport and Kaikoura, and variable breezes elsewhere. Cold and changeable wtather may be expected generally, with passing showers in the East Coast district and about Cook Strait. The barometer shows little movement, but is falling shortly In the south.
