Thfc League of Nations announce! that a committee connected with the Brussels financial conference meets in Paris oh September 18 to examine the principles whereon the etpensea of the League should be distributed among the memben. The committee will include a rejiresentative from India. The league transit organisations meet lit Barcelona in January to deal with questions affecting international travel, with a view to eliminating the present inconveniences, re-establish normal conditions, simplify customs formalities, Before better regulations for obtaining passports and visas, and the reduction of feel for passports.
