COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OP TARANAKI. HURFORD ROAD LOAN. HURFORD ROAD SPECIAL BATING AREA. SPECIAL ORDER. JN pursuance and exercise of the powers .vested in it by section 16 of "The Local Bodies Loan? Aet, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Hurford Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of, the Special Rating Area, the capital val■ues of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital v4l* ues of the properties of the ratepayers who dldjiot consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of regrading . and forming the Hurford Road, the Taranaki County hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £3OO at four and a-half per centum per annum for a period of thirtysix years and a-half, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
