JN pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 29 of "The Impounding Act, 1908,'' tlie New Plymouth Borough Council hereby appoints part section 37, Fitzroy Township, to he a public pound, and appoints REGINALD DAY to be Poundkeeper thereof. In .pursuance of the provisions of section 41 of the said Act, the New Plymouth Borough Council hereby prescribes that Pound Sales shall be held at the above Pound every Tuesday at noon (if necessary).
