The Norwegian victory was thoroughly deserved, although it came as a great surprise, England being warm favorites. England had four men injured. In the final of the ladles' diving, MtS3 Fryland (Denmark) heat Miss Armstrong (England) by one point. In the semi-final of the Olympic sculling, Kelly (America) beat Hadfleld (New Zealand) by a 4ength an# a- half. Time, 7.46 1-5. ROWING RESULTS.
