Sporadic warfare has been jn progress for some time between the Albanians and the Serbians, in which the latter are reported to have been severely defeated, and lost *two thousand men and a number of guns. The Serbian and the Albanian Governments 'blame each other. An Albanian delegation in Rome protested to the Italkn Government against the Serbian invasion of Albania on a futile pretext, and asTced Italy to put an end to the advance of the Jugo-Slav troops, and thereby* atop the north-west Balkan troubles.—Reuter Service.
