ZAMOEA RELEASES ALL BUT TWO. By Telegraph.—Press Asan.—Copyrleht. Washington, August 23. The Mexican Government haß notified the American Embassy in Mexico City that urgent steps have been taken to secure the release of tho several American citizens and other foreigners who were kidnapped by the bandit Zamera. Mexico City, August 23. The newspaper Heraldo states that Zamora threatened to shoot the captured Americans and the Englishman. Their friends are planning to raise \the ransom to save tho captives from, execution, but the plans lack official authorisation. New York, August 24. Later despatches from Mexico City state that Zamora has released all the captives save one American and ' the Englishman, whom he is still holding for ransom. Two members of the British Legation staff have started far Pftlisco to arrange for the release of the Britisher, who is believed to be Mr. A. B. Johnson.
