SUPREME COURT.
mVER(JARGILL OABES. By TeleiMpß.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. At tie Supreme Court to-day, Alexander Mitchell was found guilty of carnally knowing a girl under 16, and was rejnanded for sentence. James Taylor Brass and Thomas (White were charged with stealing two heifers, at Bdendale, in June, 1919. They pleaded not guilty. The case was not finished when the Court rose.
