General Leroud, the Allied commander in Upper Silesia, reports that the K»tt»witz disorders were due to the extremists* belief that a Bolshevik triumph was imminent. He declares thai the German Government, speculating 4b, a Bolshevik success, encouraged the agitation. He states that the French casualties were two killed and eight woufldcd, the Germans having ten killed as 4 eighty wounded. ■ '\ The outbreak will be submitted to the Ambassadors' Conference, and most rigorous penalties demanded.—Aits, and N.2.
