In the House of Representatives this afternoon; Mr. Massey announced that henceforth Government business would take precedence on Wednesdays during the remainder of the session. Various important measures—the Finance Bill, the Loan Bill, the Death Duties Bill, the Income Tax Bill, and others—would soon be ready for submission to the House, which would have a great deal ahead of it before the session closed, which, he believed, would not be before November.
