BRITISH LABOR ACTION.

SYMPATHY OF DOMINION PARTY. By Tdegraph.—Press Association. > Wellington, Last Night. Mr. William Adamson, M.P., chairman of the United Labor Conference in London, cables to the New Zealand Labor Party as follows: "The greatest and most united conference of the British trade union labor movement, meeting in London to-day, bailed with satisfaction the Russian Government's declaration in favor of complete Polish independence, and realising the gravity of the international situation, pledged itself to resist every military and naval intervention against the Soviet Government. It instructed the 'Council of Action' to continue until they have secured: Firstly, an absolute guarantee that the anned forces of Great Britain should not be used to sujj[port Poland, General Wrangel. or any other military or naviu effort, against [the Soviet Government: secondly, the withdrawal of all British naval forces | operating directly o- indto.ctly as a blockading influence againss, Russia; j thirdly, the recognitor* of the Soviet government, and tbi of unrestricted trading and commercial relationship with Great Britain. The conference refused to associate itself with any alliance between Great Britain and France or any other country committing us to give any support to General Wrangel or Poland, or to supply monitions or war materials for any at- ■ tack upon Russia. The conference authorised the Council to call any and every form of withdrawal of tabor when circumstances may, require to give effect to this policy, and called upon every trade union official, executive committee, local council, and membership generally to act swiftly, loyally, and courageously I to sweep away secret diplomacy, and assure that the foreign policy of Great Britain shall be in accordance with the desires of the people for an end to war, I asS the interminable threats of war."

The following reply hag been sent to Mr. Adamßon, M.P.: "New Zealand Labor unanimously supports the magnificent stand of the British workers against militarist and capitalist attacks on the Russian Republio .and congratulates the organised labor movement of Great Britain on its glorious achievement towards internationalism and peace. We consider your attitude the greatest event in the history of British Labor. We are whole-heartedly with you.—(Signed), P. Praser (President, N.Z. Labor P. R.
