AN IMPORTANT JUDGMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Woodvllle, Last Night. Mr. S; L. Free, S.M., gave his tedecision to-day in the case pdlice v. Herbert Parker, licensee of the Masonic Hotel, Woodville, for selling liquor to travellers on Snnday, June 8. Mr. Free holds that section 10 of the Sale of Liquor Restriction Act, IM7, which provides for the Belling of liqiior with meals up to 8 p.m., does not apply to Sundays. » v Defendant was fined £1 and eocts 7a.
