TIMARU CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. At the Supreme Court this afternoon. H. McLauehlan was found guilty of stealing a bicycle at Ashburton, and was fined £l3 to cover the' coat of the prosecution. L. G. Lyne, who was placed under probation on August 4 for forgery and uttering cheques, was found guilty of stealing money on August lHh. He was sentenced to three years' reformatory treatment.
