Rlmu, from Onehunga, to-day. Ngakuta, from Limestone Island, Thursday. Otarama, from Newcastle, next week. West Camargo, from 'Frisco, end September. Mamari, from United Kingdom, October. WIND DELAYS UNLOADING. • Owing to the strong wind yesterday unloading operations were not proceeded with. The Regulus will probably sail to-day, and the Glaucus during the week. THE RIMU. The Rimu left Onehunga at 3 pm. yesterday for New Plymouth, bringing 130 tons of cargo. She is due here this morning and returns north this afternoon. NGAKUTA WITH CEMENT. The Blackball Coal Company advise that the Ngakuta is due at Wellington to-day from Limestone Island. The vessel is to lease Wellington to-morrow for New Plymouth and Greymouth. DIRECT SHIPMENT OF TIMBER. Messrs Stalnton and Co., of New Plymouth, have arranged for a direct shipment of Oregon pine from America to this port. The loading will take place almost Immediately, and the vessel's arrival at New Plymouth may be looked for about November or December. THE PALOONA. From Melbourne, the Paloona is due at Wellington on August 23. She will come via southern ports, and is to sail from Wellington on the return trip on August 24. MEIKA MARU DUE SHORTLY. The Meika Maru should arrive at Wellington shortly from Japan with 4000 tons of superphosphates. Further cargoes for North and South Island ports are on the way. It is estimated that 17,000 tons, a quantity almost sufficient for New Zealand's requirements during the coming spring, will come from Japan. ULIMAROA FROM SYDNEY. (The Huddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa, from Sydney, arrived at Wellington last night. LEITRIM IN A GALE. The big steamer Leitrlm, from Liverpool via Auckland, • which berthed at Wellington on Saturday to put out part cargo, met the full force of the southerly gale coming down the east coast. She left Auckland at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, and experienced 1 strong head winds between 8 o'clock and 10 o'clock on Thursday, and by noon on Friday the wind had increased to a moderate gale, with frequent squalls and high seas. Coming flam Palliser the vessel was swept by seas and was buffeted about while entering the heads on Friday night. Anchor was dropped In the stream at 10.50 p.m. on Friday.
