ASSAILANTS IDENTIFIED. By Telegraph.—Prssg Assn.—Copyright. Paris, August 13. M. Venistelos' assailants were two young Greeks, named Therasis and Kyriolis. One is an engineer and ithe other a journalist. Both came to Paris in July with the avowed purpose of seeking an opportunity to kill M. Venizelos. Therasis regretted the failure.—Aus.-N.Z. Received August 16, 12.50 a.m. Athens, August 15. The attack on M. Venizelos is causing popular demonstrations, and also reprisal attacks on anti-Vcnizelists. Several of the latter's houses and newspaper offices were wrecked and set on fire. Eii-Premier Dragouinas was fatally shot.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
