DANGER OF BOLSHEVISM. AN APPEAL TD THE WORLD. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received August 13, 7.60 p.m,' London, August 12. M. Tchicheran states that the Bolsheviks capturing Seidlitz found the missing Polish delegation there, and Bent them to Minsk. The Polish Council of Defence has issued a wireless appeal to the world pointing out the danger to Western Europe if the Bolsheviks are victorious. A message from Vistula states that the Polish Government, in a proclamation, summons the people to arms to defend the city, and says the Fatherland will be defended to the' last drop of blood,—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. PLIGHT OF WARSAW. MASSING OF THE RUSSIANS. London, August 12. A Berlin correspondent at the front states that the northern army is in the gravest danger of being turned. The Russians are massing for attack on both sides of the railway leading from Siedlitz to Warsaw. The Poles are desperately preparing the defences of the city. The civilian guard is being largely employed, the civilian population being apathetic. * The city is rapidly emptying and the trains are crammed. Jhe Government still lingers, fearing that its departure would mean the immediate establishment of a Soviet Government.—Times Service.
