It says that the local paper is partly owned by the Administration, and its utterances are censored. I want to ask the Minister whether he will enquire from the Administration what interest it hag in the Sainoaii Times. Hon. Lee: I have already informed the House that the Administration has no interest in the Samoan Timet. Mr. r _Holland: AU statements are to the contrary. Hon. Lee: According to the pamphlet, the Administration has acquired W Interest in the paper, but the p&mpUti is not correct.
