A SYSTEM OF BOYCOTT. By Telegraph.—Ptesa Association. Wellington, Last Night. The' Employees' Union passed the following resolution: —"That a conference of trades unions, labor, and kindred organisations be called at an early date for the purpose of instituting a system of boycott on certain commodities with a view of effecting a reduction in the cost of living."
