Mamarl, from United Kingdom, September. THE RIMU. 'The Rimu arrived at New Plymouth from Onehunga yesterday morning at 8.30, thus being too late to connect with either train for the south. She brought 130 tons of cargo. Including 40 tons of sugar. She Balled at 4.10 p.m. on her return to Onehunga. COAL FROM GBEtMOtTH. The Regulus is due to arrive at New 'Plymouth on Friday with about 480 tons of coal from Grejimouth. THE MAPOURIKA. The Mapourlka left Lyttelton at 4 p.m. yesterday for New Plymouth. She is due here to-mortow with general cargo. FLORA DUE TO-DAY. The Flora is duo to-day to load cheese for transhipment to the Port Hacking at Wellington. The Flora left Onehunga at 4 p.m., passing the Heads at 5.40 p.m. ROSAMOND TO-MORROW. The Rosamond will leave Wellington today with general cargo for New Plymouth, Westport, and Greymouth. ' CEMENT FOR NEW PLYMOUTH. The Ngnkuta, now discharging coal at Whakatane, is to proceed thence to Limeßtone Island to load cement for Wellington, Wanganui, and New Plymouth The vessel is ex pected to leave Limestone Island to-imorrow, and Is <fUe here next week. WAIMANA, AT SUVA. The liner Walmana arrived at Suva on August Bth from London. The vessel Is to leave the Fijian port next Tuesday for Lyttelton and Dunedln. She is due at LytSiHton on August 23rd. NEW C. AND D. LINERS. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line announce that one of their new steamers, now building, is to be called the Port Auckland, as a compliment to the northern city.

The new Port Kembla, which is to sail from London at the end of this month for New Zealand, is called after the ill-fated vessel of the same name, which was sunk by mine oft Cape Farewell in 1917.
