During the course of liis report for July the New Plymouth borough manager remarks: "The time fixed for the return of the commissioners' report in regard to the Taranaki County Council vehicle licensing by-law having lapsed, it was hoped that the last had been heard of this very vexed question. However, I am in receipt of advice that the time for receiving the report has been extended to the SOtli inst., and that the commission will probably jit about the -jA&th.iiuW
