WEATHER REPORT.

Present indications are for strong southeast winds, squally at times in and northward nf Cook Sttait, backing to northerlies everywhere shortly. Weather cold and changeable generally 1 , with passing showers in northern and J3ast Coast districts of the North Island. The barometer is rising, but will fall again after about 20 hours, for the approach of a disturbance from the westward.
