General Wrangel is pursuing the enemy, who is greatly disorganised. The Paris Matin's Munich correspondent states that the Bavarian Government has decided only, to correspond with France through Berlin, and not through the French repfesenfative at Munich. The, miners' congress at Geneva adopted the principle of a six-hours working day. The War Office has reason to believe that the Arabs are treating their British prisoners well.
