This information is of a weighty nature and of such serious moment that the Board of Agriculture has been requested to convene a meeting of representatives of wool growers to receive the information and discuss the best course to be adopted to meet the position. The Board therefore invites your Union to send one delegate to the meeting, which will be held in the Conference Hall, Dominion Farmers' Institue, on Wednesday, 18th inst., this delegate to act as representative of all farmers' unions in the Taranaki district. I may say that A. and P. Associations are invited to send thirteen delegates, and the Sheepowners' Federation twelve.
