T'HE Government having decided to is«ue a.badge to the veterans of the New Zealand Naval and Military Forces, artists and designers are invited to submit competitive designs under the following conditions: The design submitted by prizewinners will become the property of .the N.Z. Government, Those submitted by unsuccessful competitors will be returned.
